Orientation for the vision demo, demo perspectives and important terms.

What does this demo show?

This application is a vision prototype. It shows a possible target experience for IncluLearn.AI, not the state of a production service.

  • It uses synthetic demo data only.
  • Processing and product capabilities are partly simulated or only planned.
  • A visible demo action does not prove production processing, storage, sign-in or authorization.

What is IncluLearn.AI?

IncluLearn.AI is intended to support the preparation of accessible learning materials. Source material is structured and analysed for subject meaning. Uncertain parts remain visible and can be reviewed by subject experts. Different accessible representations are then intended to be derived from a reviewed working state.

How the work fits together

Help uses five steps to explain the target workflow. A deliberately synthetic example workflow is also clickable from Home; it connects the steps without claiming real processing or storage.

  1. Material

Learning material is taken in as the source or selected from an existing collection.

  2. Structure and semantics

Content, document structure and subject-relevant relationships are turned into a working state that can be reviewed.

  3. Expert review

Uncertainty and relevant changes are reviewed by subject experts, and a specific content or semantics version can be approved.

  4. Accessible outputs

Suitable representations and output forms are intended to be derived from a reviewed working state.

  5. Sharing and making available

Access can be granted deliberately; an intended output can then be made available for a specific use context.

Demo perspectives

“Demo view as …” lets you look at the same prototype from different usage perspectives.

The selection only simulates the perspective of the demo. It is not a real identity, sign-in or authorization and grants no permissions.

Teachers
Focus on their own material, understandable review and suitable outputs for learners.
Learners
Focus on content that has been made available and usable representation or output options.
Media center
Focus on reuse, professional preparation, expert review and multiple output forms.
Expert review / Reviewer
Focus on uncertainty, corrections and confirmation of a specific content or semantics version.
Administration
Focus on organisational and administrative context in the demo; this does not create automatic access to materials.

Key terms

These terms describe different actions or concepts in the demo and should not be treated as synonyms.

Catalog
Search for existing or catalogued adaptations so suitable work can be reused instead of duplicated.
Content & structure
The recognised subject content, document structure and relevant semantic relationships that can be reviewed.
Output profile
An output profile stores preferred representation forms, notation and levels of detail. It is not a medical or diagnostic profile.
Approve content
Confirm a specific content or semantics version after expert review. This does not automatically grant access or make anything available.
Share / grant access
Give a specific person or group concrete access rights to defined content. This does not automatically change its review status.
Make available
Make a selected, intended output reachable for a specific use context. This remains separate from expert approval and access rights.

How to give feedback on the demo

The current feedback route is a moderated partner walkthrough. The facilitator documents feedback outside the app; the demo itself does not transmit or store feedback.

  • What is missing from this workflow?
  • Which term or step is unclear?
  • What works differently in your practice?
  • Which output form matters most for your work?

There is currently no feedback form, email transmission or automatically configured recipient in the app.
